If I could I wouldn't even give it one star!!. The counted cross stitch that I downloaded looked like it would be nice. But of course yiu cannot SEE the symbols. I bought this for my grandmother to do, she loves all kinds of dogs. She was so excited to start it, but when she looked at the picture of the Symbols, they were very difficult to see, I looked at it as well, and also had problems making out the symbols. I have reached out to the seller, 3 different times, and still NO RESPONSE!. I definitely would NOT recommend to order any thing from this company. On her page, will reach out in a few hours, well this is now the 2nd day, with no response!. Poor way of doing business.
